Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I stayed there for the first time on Sept 9th this year and it was almost full: all that was available were individual rooms. I did notice on returning to the alburgue late in the evening that there was no obvious scrutiny of people heading up to the dorms...- Madidi

What a terrible conclusion to this poor man's camino. This beach is not directly on a camino but is close to and overlooked from Castrexe on the Finisterre - Muxia way. Given the weather on the Galician coast last week and the likely sea state, it is hard to imagine any other outcome to...- Madidi

Warning: Reports of Scam in Galicia
They were operating on the Plaza del Obradoiro outside the Cathedral when I arrived there in September last year. They were very persistent and didn't want to take 'NO' for an answer. Not the most welcoming arrival in Santiago :x- Madidi
