    I took the Alsa bus from Madrid to Ferrol last September. I found the bus good, and 3 stops were enough for small breaks. But I like going by bus, and I also manage to get some sleep there:-)

    No, I wouldn' t think so. There are several buses a day. We left Monday night at 9.30 pm. The ride took nine hours, I slept most of the time:-) I think we bought the tickets on Saturday.

    You can also buy tickets from Alsa in a Correos office beside the Pilgrims office in Santiago. We did this a couple of days beforehand.
