Best way to SJPDP from USA
This is what I am doing this year. Arrive MAD about 0630, 12:25 MAD to Pamplona. Start Camino from Pamplona the next day.- canyonhiker

Travel Burgos to Santiago.
Use the Alsa website. I just looked and there is a bus the leaves Burgos at 4:05 and arrives about noon. We went form Burgos to Sarria about a month ago on the bus.- canyonhiker

Poles & Backpack - to check or not to check...
We flew Boston-CDG- Biarritz yesterday. Put our poles in a packing tube and checked them all the way through. Got them upon arrival in Biarritz then on the Bourricot shuttle and start Camino tomorrow with our poles.- canyonhiker
