as last week it was one bus per day. I rode sjpp to pamplona, the incoming bus had a fair number of people on it. my bus going back was almost empty. 7 of us I think and two got off at Roncesvalles.
from last year, my wife says get to CDG plenty early. For a 10AM flight I would stay near CDG.
From a noon arrival at CDG, drop bags at hotel nearby. Take RER train into city.

I typically find it easier to fly westward with regard to jet lag. Most of my experience is USA to Japan or Australia. I *do* wake up early the first few mornings. Getting out in the sun is a great way to reset your clock.
