If you decide to take the train, which is what I prefer you can take the Big Yellow Express bus directly from the airport terminal to Atocha. It costs 5 euro and goes back and forth every 20 minutes or so. Very easy. From Atocha train station you can get a direct train to Pamplona. I have...- vinsman

Scott, I fly from Sacramento on Delta to CDG in paris. You can then take the train to Bayonne or what I am doing is taking the Air France transfer bus from CDG to Orly. Is Madrid to SJPdP Possible in One Day
I fly into Madrid from the US arriving at 8:35am on April 2nd. After I collect my luggage I will take an airport express bus (Yellow) which runs every 15 minutes from the airport to the Atocha train station the trip takes between 30 and 60 minutes depending on traffic.
