I was at Miguel’s restaurant just over a week again and agree with your comments. His food and wine were excellent and different from the usual Camino menus. Highly recommend it.

I just finished today walking Finisterre and Muxia staying in pensions and hotels not albergues. Used caminofacil throughout my Frances Camino and out here too.

I'm exploring the idea of taking a bus from SDC to Carnota, then walking to Finisterre and onto Muxia (via O Pindo and Corcubian. There seem to be several buses per day to Carnota, so that seems to work. I like the idea of walking along the coast and Carnota and O Pindo look beautiful...
