It’s fun hiking in the rain right? Haha how you feel about hiking in the mud? Like ankle deep? I did my in 2016 from Abril to May from Biarritz to Santiago it rain for a total of three weeks out of the 34 days I had a severe case of Bronchitis and toke several days of rest but was a lot rain and...
As they said don't get too stressed out, just be aware that depending on the location it can be difficult to find a place to stay on Friday, Saturday and Sunday usually the prices triple around the coastal area up to Bilbao, I mean you will find a place to stay just be prepared to dish out the...

The answer rests with you, the Norte is up down hills and lots of asphalt, how heavy is your pack? See a dr as someone suggested and make your decision.

I can tell you from experience (I'm current in the Norte) June accommodation will more at plainty but also you will be competing with the tourists for the most part they can care less if you are a tourist or peregrino weekend prices double sometimes triple as in the case in in San Sebastián...
Islares for sure 10€ The albergue it's really bad anyway so I sleep in a small ship container with a heater and lights can't beat that I would sleep in a container any time comparing to sleeping with 20 farting and snoring pilgrims :)
Please by no means I'm not casting any judgment on you choices, my only words are the Norte is tough and if had walked all of it you would know by taking taking the bus/train you spared your self a lot of pain

Thank you Spur, JP and Marc for your answers, I for one like the road less traveled, but thought if you have to sleep on top of tables because of rats one could at least tell which albergue, ( bars don't count) :) it's lots of information here in our forum and it's great to know directly from...
