What causes people to stop their caminos?
Stretching... My husband and I are on the Camino, and we stretch whenever my feet and heels get a twitch (plantar fasciitis) or his back starts hurting. It looks weird, but it really helps. (One friend looked up and said she thought we had been zapped by aliens!)- Linda SLP
