I ship gifts to Germany from California. The last package was very small, pants and top for a Two year old. It cost almost $ 30 postage. The recipient had to pay another 25 Euros upon arrival. I put $ 20 as value on form. Hope this helps.
I do the same, not just for Camino. I change my walking shoes almost every year, depending on usage. Yes, feet change. Your body “settles” as you age (info from my doctor). I have gone from size 5 to size 7, now 80 years young, have scoliosis. Hooka are my most favorite walking shoes.
I walked with the Keen sandals in rain and mud almost daily. By morning they were dry. And, if you have the luxury of a hairdryer 😎 they will be dry in minutes
I wore Clifton 2 on the Portugues, and they were great. Wore Stinson 3 on the Ingles and they were a bit tight. Switched to Keen sandals and had no problems.
