Funny when you add up each item to realize that you're carrying nearly 100 different things.
Your list looks good to me, and is very similar to mine. A couple luxury items I like to carry are:
A quick-dry wash cloth mop my brow
A sweatband
Wet wipes (or travel size baby wipes)
I've carried on some pretty large bags. When I did my first Camino, I carried on my Talon 44 backpack.
Worst case scenario, you can gate check your bag, which is free. Take a small, feather-weight bag as a carry on just in case so you have access to your travel essentials.

Gators and gloves take up very little space and don't weigh much. If temps will be cool in the morning and there's a likelihood of wet weather, I'd take them. If it turns out to be warm and dry, they're not so heavy that it really matters.
I suggest the use of a sleeping bag liner in my book (Kindle edition). Most allergies, and of course all hotels, provide blankets. They're not regularly laundered, but especially during warm weather, the liner is clean (or at least it's your own filth), and the blankets should be sufficient. In...
