    I sought advice from a chiropractor before I started and the secret is to harden the feet before you start. Any lotions or vaseline will soften the feet.

    I found double layer cotton socks work absolute wonders No sock changes or vaseline necessary. I do she'd loads of walking and completed Camino Inglés with no problems!

    That's just where I used to get mine!! I started wearing double layer cotton socks! Work absolute wonders!! They aren't exactly cheap but I now wear 2 pairs of cotton socks and they have the same affect - no blisters! Good luck! Margaret
