Help! Osteopath needed a couple of days before SdC
Hi Are there any osteopaths on the CF a few days away from SdC. My ankle joint has gone to pieces and needs a manipulation. 🤞🏻not sure I can walk on tomorrow and I’m so nearly there 😢 TIA S- Sylvmino

Morton's Neuroma
One recommendation that a friend of mine has used and seems to work is putting foam spacers between the toes at night (e.g. those foam things that we wear when putting nail polish on). This takes some of the pressure off the metatarsal area as they will also spread out a bit. I hope you can...- Sylvmino
