Help with blisters!
Simple solution - buy and wear ArmaSkin socks. My wife and I used them from St JDP to Finisterre and not one blister. They are latex socks you wear under your normal socks. Totally guarantee you will not get blisters. Buy them online.- Wazza

Only way to beat blisters is to get a pair of Armaskin socks https://www.armaskin.com/ Then you won't get blisters, won't need needles and cotton etc They're inner socks. Yes, no blisters but we haven't done the FC. Difficult to claim on the guarantee when you are 300kms in on the CM! Actually the merino wool "Hikers Wool" was the saviour for my wife.- Wazza
