Sprained ankle on day 1- what to do?
I’m devastated to say that I hurt myself on day one and had to pause my Camino. It’s been a week so far and to there is little improvement. Mainly due to the fact that spain doesn’t hire crutches, so Im not healing fast. Im currently in Bilbao, and will go to Santander today to continue...- becface
