    I won't go into details but yes I've been sick in the first and third world. Sometime it can be a change of diet (different oil etc.) Now I bring pepto-bismal tablets , I take two a day, twice a day, this give me an edge when faced with a new problem. This works for me!

    I bring Pepto with me and take two each day. This helps me adjust to a change in diet. The food in Spain is great. Pepto does not translate bring your medications.

    If repacking prescription take a picture of the labels, send a copy to your Email. Get a clear translation of your meds.     Most stick deodorants will give you what Body glide, Compete and others provide. Throw away(recycle) all the plastic put it in a plastic bag. Buy two coffees with the savings.
