Advice requested for solo pilgrim - Somport start

Why wouldn't she be able to see the train station and the albergue if she starts in Somport? The beautiful new albergue is actually in Canfranc Pueblo, not CE. The Pueblo is 4.5kms further down the trail from CE which is an important distinction to make regarding timing. I walked the Aragones...

    New Albergue in Canfranc

So the new albergue in Canfranc is now open for business. What a gorgeous, comfortable facility. It looks like it belongs in a design magazine. I am currently serving there as a volunteer hospitalera. The local residents are VERY helpful and supportive of this venture. If you know of anyone...

    Camino Aragones

Thoroughly enjoyed it. At the time I was there, reserving ahead was a really good idea unless you're bringing a tent. In Somport-Candanchu I easily found a bed at Refugio Pepe Garcés. The next night I wanted to stay in Castillo de Jaca but had to stay instead in Villanua as nothing was...

    Camino Aragones

Hi Everyone- Is anyone currently walking the Aragoneses or recently been on the route? If so, how easy ( or not) was it to find accommodation as well as grocery stores, restaurants, etc? Did you meetup with many other pilgrims/walkers ? TIA for taking the time to reply.
