Dear Cressey, I am Croatian, and no, there is no camino route along the coast of Croatia. As other forum members mentioned, there are pilgrimage destinations (St. Mary's Trsat near Rijeka, Marija Bistrica close to Zagreb, Aljmas in Slavonia,...), but no trails of the Camino Frances resemblance...
