Thank Rick, I appreciate the links. I leave for my El Camino adventure in two days, very busy with last minute arrangements now. Thanks mspath, liked the Guardian article, especially the location map. Apparently the reconstructed Sad Hill cemetary is near Burgos about 30 kilometers from the El Camino. Luckily my hiking buddy grew up in Spain and speaks Spanish. Maybe he can negotiate for a taxi to the site. If we go I...- Multipurpose

Of course I am referring to the film "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" which was filmed in Spain. I am particularly interested in the "Sad Hill Cemetary " near Burgos which was constructed by Spanish soldiers for the climactic scene of the film.
