    True - actually watching Midnight in Paris at the moment :) wonder into old Paris for the afternoon, take in some of the sights. I wish I had.

    I know someone who did this and it was fine. I flew via Paris to Bordeaux, and then caught the train to Bayonne, and then the bus to SJ from there. Whatever route you choose, travel in Europe is so easy.

    Sorry for posting this here, but I doubt it will be of any interest to the rest if the pilgrims. Do we need to take a socket adaptor/converter for our electronic equipment? Or, by some small mercy, will our standard SA 2 pin plug fit into their standard wall socket?
