A newish book. Has anyone decided to walk a Camino after reading this book? Or have you walked a Camino - maybe a few times - then read it and found more inspiration to walk even more? I'm just curious - I haven't read it.

I think so, @trecile . I haven't seen it. A friend mentioned it, and thought I might find it worthwhile...

I have walked the Camino many times , then earlier this year my daughter bought this book for me. It really wouldn’t be of HELP doing the Camino but it brings an awareness of how you walk, why you walk and how you become aware of yourself and the world around you. You can pick it up at any time and read a chapter then the next time you walk try and put into practice what you have read.
