A User Manual for Your Knees

A good place to start if your knees are hurting and you want some information - or if you want to prevent hurting in the first place. I've only skimmed it, but it looks very well done - though I'd love to know the opinion of any actual experts in the peanut gallery...

I took the liberty of converting the article to a .pdf format. Minor edits were made for formatting ease.

Thanks - that was one of the best things about the article. Lots of rabbit holes to go down that are full of information.

(BTW, how did you do that?)

Let's see what the next few days brings... There is bound to be an armchair lawyer out there who starts whining about copyrights...

After a while, if the consensus is to save it as a resource, I will gladly do so. But why bother if it will be deleted.

ALL: Download it while you can...fair warning...
