Accommodations between Vila do Conde and Marinhas

Could someone please recommend hotels at a midpoint between Vila do Conde and Marinhas (perhaps somewhere near Apulia)? Walking the entire 28 kilometers in one day would be too much for my husband and me.

Hi! I stayed here in 2021 in Fao it's not far before you cross the bridge to Esposende ! (Booked on booking.com)
My only 10/10 on my walk; hosts were amazing.
Has private pool.
Had a great breakfast and also fruit and cake to take with me.
