www.gronze.com has fairly accurate information. Keep in mind that there are no guarantees. Hosts do not wait around for pilgrims (neither does the ayuntamiento), and they may spontaneously take a day or week off without notice.

I would definitely check the weather for the Salvador in Leon before walking this route. It is well marked and the arrows are on 1 meter or approximately 3 foot stakes, which should tell you something. I encountered 3-4 meter drifts the first week in April. A pair of trax might be helpful in icy conditions. They are lightweight and slip over boots or shoes. That said, there might not be any snow. The Salvador, unlike some of the other routes, is sparsely traveled. Something to consider in less than ideal conditions.
