I have noticed many mention packing bed bug sheets and it made me think about those little nasty creatures. Have any of you seasoned travellers come across this problem before and if so is it widespread. What is the best way to deal with it.

Thanks for that Oleg. I will be walking in May and just wondered what the current situation is regarding these bugs? Could be enough to ruin a Camino!
