Best way to reach SJPDP from Madrid

My time has almost come . In 7 days I leave Australia and will be in Madrid on the 15th of May. I will visit some family for a few days and then head north 8) . I was wondering the best way to get to SJPDP and hoping to start on the Monday, Tuesday or Wed. I also dont't want to spend all my money just to get to the start point, so would like to go the economy way!!!! I am all packed and ready to go. Any sugestions or ideas  from experienced pilgrims who have travelled from Madrid to start from SJPDP in France.???? :?:
In anticipation. Begonia

St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
You can fly, or take the train or bus to Pamplona, then the bus to Roncesvalles & taxi from there to SJP, or the buricot taxi run by Carolina (I trust sil will be by soon with the details ) which will take you all the way.

Or, what I'm considering, fly to San Sebastian & take the euskotren to Hendaye (or bus), then the train to Bayonne & on to SJP, if you don't want to "see" any of the Camino before you walk through it.
