Bridge at Poladura is finished

Though I've mentioned this in another post, I thought I would just call it out separately, because yesterday the bridge was officially inaugurated. Its name is Ponton de Romeros (it's actually a reconstruction of a bridge that used to be there), and it is located right before entering the village of Poladura de la Tercia. I remember Reb found a way to avoid the mess by taking the road, but now that problem is gone.

Pictures of the finished bridge are here: http://fsvr1.ibdinternet.com/read.php?6 ... msg-331707

For all of you who are contemplating walking the Primitivo, consider starting 4 -5 days earlier in Leon, and walking the Salvador.

Buen camino, Laurie

...I remember that place very well, Laurie, grovelling and slithering about. Well done Amigos. What a fine bridge!

...and yes, add a few days to your camino primitivo if you can. This camino is a stunner.

Cheers...

Pretty little bridge. Even with my Gephyrophobia (bridge phobia) I reckon I could conquer that one. Buen Camino!
