Right now, at this busy time (due to several long weekends, because the number of holidays that pop up between Easter and Whitsun), I haven't read anywhere about the Albergue in Cacabelos being closed and see no reason why it should be. However, your question is rather vague, because you don't say when you presumably intend to stay there! Anne.
