Hi all!
I'm from Spain although I currently live in The Netherlands.
My girlfriend @Romy81 always wanted to walk the Camino, and it happens to be easier for us now than we lived in Spain.
So we are planning to walk the Camino Francés in May-June this year from SJPP to Santiago and continue further to Muxia.
Cheers!!
Ricardo

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

Nickola, Ricardo and Romy (my daughter is Romi)....welcome to the Forum and the Class of 2018. You are obviously young and fit. That said, don’t let youthful drive encourage you to press harder and faster than is prudent. If you are staying at Orisson the first day take your time and enjoy the surroundings. If not, still take it slowly. If you haven’t broken in your boots, or have only walked on a relatively flat surface...consider that the steep incline and path down to Roncesvalles will put different pressure on your feet. The Way has already begun to work its magic and you will shortly find yourselves knee deep in all that makes the Camino special to all.

I am leaving SJPdP on 2 May, but being the old man I am, will be taking my time. Hope to meet all of you as you pass. Be sure to wave. Bien Camino.
Hi Buz well we are late 60’s however we still consider ourselves young. Age is just a number.

I'm 40 and I've seen many people in their 70's whose pace I wouldn't dare to follow. Anyway it's not about finishing soon, but about enjoying the way. Bien Camino!!
Well we will not be breaking any records on the walk and most will pass us. It’s our Camino
