Hi all, myself, partner and daughter are walking the Camino Primitivo in June/July 2024. We had thought about staying in the hostel O Piñeiral but it appears that the summer months are blocked off and unavailable for booking. I was wondering if anyone new thr reason for this? Also we had wanted to stay somewhere a little further on the way than Fonsagrada, has anyone any suggestions? All types of accommodation considered. Thanks in advance. Emma

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Welcome to the forum!
Try and contact O Pineiral directly. It may just be that they haven't opened that period for bookings yet. Supposedly they're open all year.
I stayed there in July last year, it's a good choice if you can make it work.
I'm not aware of anything after them until O Cadavo - that's a full 21 km more!
The Primitivo is a wonderful Camino - enjoy!

I was pretty sure @Peterexpatkiwi had the right explanation, so I got on their website and found that they have a phone that’s connected to whatsapp. 34 606 16 57 52. I sent them a WhatsApp message asking about what was going on, and got a very quick response.

The reservation part of their website is down for now, but they are taking reservations via WhatsApp.
