Casa Pancho in Burgos and Knees

We enjoyed a lovely meal tonight in honor of @henrythedog at Casa Pancho in Burgos. We we are biding a bit of time here while we wait to see whether the pain in my husband’s knee will subside enough to continue walking. In addition to Henry’s recommendations, I can speak very favorably of the postre — Valenciano (fresh squeezed OJ, vanilla ice cream and vodka).
