The only thing I would change is to flip the shell 180 degrees. Thanks to @t2andreo and @MarcoPolo616 I was able to give my wife a slightly early Christmas gift. These two gents helped with specifications for the mojon, and, even more importantly, the inspiration to do it!
This beauty serves a a daily reminder of the incredible journeys we have been on, and the ones that we're already looking forward to.

PS - if anyone in the Boston area wants the contact for the stone engraver/artist made this artwork, I'll be glad to provide it. (I supplied the tile and distance plaque). He's on the Cape.View attachment 115045

Or wait for a low tide.Super cool! I'd love to take on the challenge of walking a Camino from Cape Cod. I just need to wait for a bridge to be built.
Ha! Someone knows Cape Cod Bay tides!Or wait for a low tide.
It's just a guess, but I imagine anyone who carves stones (eg. memorial stones of any kind?) would be able to do it.Very nice.........I want one! If anyone knows where to get this done in California, let me know.
