Do hotels & B&Bs stamp passports?

We are walking from Sarria to Santiago this Sept. We are over 50 and prefer to stay in some hotels/B&Bs in addition to some albergues. Do all hotels/B&Bs along the way stamp passports - or just albergues?

i have never been in any place along the camino (sleeping or foodwise) where they didn't stamp...

if you come upon one, you will have no problems obtaining your 2 stamps elsewhere along the way...
