Dublin/Geneva/Swissair

Geneva to Le Puy 350km on well marked GR65 route armed with Yellow Guide and then get public transport back to Geneva. This might be something of interest to pilgrims in Ireland contemplating Le Puy to Santiago in future years. Swissair have return flights Dublin/Geneva for €67 with carry on luggage. Doesn't cost a bomb. Think daily costs €50 max including demi pension.

Bon Chemin.

Edit: First cheap flight out 26th June gets €67 return if matched with cheap return. Otherwise single flight currently less than €45.

A selection of Camino Jewellery

Hmmmm..... I've already done the Le Puy Route from Le Puy en Velay to SJPdeP and previously SJPdeP to Finisterre.... Hmmmmmm Genève to Le Puy en Velay..... I feel another Camino coming on...

Have you done this section of the route crackmrmac? Is there a guide book like the MM Dodo on it?

The "yellow guide" is pretty good, and includes information on farm stays. These are usually not expensive, sometimes simple and sometimes luxurious.
From Le-Puy-en-Velay (which is a traditional starting point) there is a train to Geneva / Geneva airport (change in Lyon).
