Your choice...you have 4 days extra after arriving in Santiago.
but on day 4 you have to be in Milan MXP by 2pm.
a) Continue to Finesterra...but how to get to Milan?
b) Relax in Santiago 2 days and fly to Milan day 3.
c) Train/Bus/Air to Madrid and tour for 2 days - flying to Milan day 4
d) Train/Bus/Air to Oporto and tour for 2 days - flying to Milan day 4
e) Other
There don't seem to be any same-day options to leave Santiago and get to Milan by 2pm for a 4pm international departure.

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
...
b) walk to end of the world
c) get feet wet in Atlantic Ocean
d) worry about the rest of it afterwards...

As you may know home is in Champagne facing a vineyard. Thus at the end of each camino when at last I reach the sea I silently give thanks and then treat myself to a flute of true champagne, toasting all who helped to make the journey possible. Watching the sea I slowly sip savoring the moment. When that glass is empty it is time to turn towards home .
