Dear fellow Camineros . About 4 months ago I set off from St.JPP in my attempt to try and walk the first 6 stages of the Camino.
I will never forget the first day. It took me more than 8 hours walking to get over the hill.
I had a few issues like using replacement knees and shoulders plus a wrist held together with a titanium plate and screws.
My reason for this post is that I would like to now try and walk from Sarria to Santiago over a period of 6 or 7 nights. My reasoning is try and finish the end section and then if I am able to keep going back and eventually join up the start and finish.
I’m in my 70’s and not sure how much longer I can keep going.
Now my request.
Can anyone please suggest hotels that I can stay in on my trip. My son will most likely accompany me to keep an eye on me !
Any help would be appreciated. Thinking of the 3rd week in October.
