HiI am working with a camino old-timer to update a classic Camino book, and suddenly we find ourselves short two photos of Castile... no more churches! We cried. Everyone likes cuisine!
Does any of you have excellent, hi-res pictures of garlic soup, cocido, tortilla, and/or lechazo, and doesn´t have to be paid in money for your talents? (the author is using her own pictures, and the publisher wants tons of pictures but won´t pay for them.)
Please let me know ASAP.
This was one of my favorites in Leon. Eggs, peppers, potatoes, chorizo, pork and garlic
I don’t remember because they also had a lot of beer and there about 8 of us from 5 different countries so we did a lot of drinkingDoes this dish have a name?
Mmmmm.....food porn....
Here’s one, though not a great shotbeautiful pictures... of food from Galicia and Valencia! Anyone have any Castilian food?? Cocido Maragato?
I think everyone should be required to include which restaurant / bar they ate in
This is the paella for two at hotel Eiras Lires in half way between Muxia and Fisterre. But, it takes four people to eat it.
