Fixing Your Feet, 3rd Edition, John Vonhof, Wilderness Press
The book provides comprehensive information on all aspects of preventing and treating foot problems. Also covers footware fit and selection. This book is interesting and informative and might help someone avoid or mitigate foot problems on their journey.
I really appreciate being able to experience the Camino vicariously through the many posts. Thank you Ivar for providing such a wonderful resource.
