Hi. My partner has an unexpected case of plantar fasciitis and needs to see a specialist in Pamplona. We know that arnica and rest are necessary but he wants to consider a cortisone injection. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Sorry, a bit late seeing your post. If what you need is shoe related, look for Muga, an outdoor shop. If it is physiotherapist, the albergue should have already helped you out. Hope you get sorted, and can continue. Buen Camino
