Good Restaurants with non-smoking areas in Santiago?

I'll be in Santiago in four days, and proably stay for two. Does anyone have recommendations for restaurants that have real non-smoking sections or are even completely non-smoking? I've found it difficult so far to get good meals in Galicia without being assaulted by the stench of cigarette smoke.

... look for the sign, you will totally miss it if you are not looking for it... down some stairs and there it is... good quality galician food. One step up from the normal pilgrims menu- places... (in both price and quality).

Thank you so much -- I will certainly try it. And soon, as I am in Caldas de Reis -- and experiencing the first rain since leaving Porto.
