Looking forward to a nice long walk, in 2006 I walked the camino with a friend, this time I will be by myself. I'll start in St. Jean de Port and end at Finisterre. I know the in and outs, since I'am a long distance walker , the key is keep your packs light and good walking shoes. oh and ear plugs if your a light sleeper and enjoy the great Spanish wine !

I am expecting to start walking the exact same day, but I suspect we are starting in different places. I will be starting in Le Puy. I will think of you on the day! And I too am hoping for a nice long walk - perhaps not so nice at times!

Hi Margaret..That sounds nice , I wanted to start there, but time... as it is I'll be gone 60 days, I will be a week in France before I start the walk. You will Love France, great food. Good walking Mary

I'm sure that by now you've had an opportunity to review the Class thread and calendar to see who will be leaving at the same time as you. Although I'll be in Spain on April 12, I will not arrive in SJPDP until the 19th. I hope to have an opportunity to meet you somewhere along the Milky Way.
