Hi! I'm in Fromista and need trekking poles! Does anyone know of hiking stores in Fromista or next villages going towards Santiago!? Many thanks

Carrion de los Condes might be your best bet in that vicinity, there are a few shops that sell 'pilgrim things'. Buen Camino, SY

If not Carrion or Sahagun, for sure Leon, but it's about five days away.

I found one in Sahagun, didn't go inside because it was closed when I passed it. There is a very good shop in Leon and a very good shop in Astorga.
