I am back (or how to travel)

So, decision is made. I'm back for the Camino.

22 days on the way. Starting in Pamplona, ending in Ponferrada.

And my problem? I dont know how to travel from Bilbao to Pamplona (I found one link on this pages, but i cant find it any more).

My second problem? I dont know how to travel from Ponferrada to Santiago. I gues by bus?

I dont speak spanish, so its hard to understand spanish sites on net.

Can you please help me? Do i need to make reservation for bus from Bilbao to Pamplona in advance?Or is it ok to buy ticket on the day of the arrival?

it's me again. I found this website - ALSAbus timetable.
Now i have new question.

My plane landed 16.30. Bus from Bilbao to Pamplona leaves at 18.00.
How long does it take to come from airport to central bus station in Bilbao? Will i have enough time to catch the bus to Pamplona?
