León to Sarria best transport?

We have had to abort the second half of our Camino de Madrid due to injury and after some rest days in León we are hopeful of very slowly walking from Sarria to SDC.
Can anyone help with the best way to travel from Leon to Sarria?

You can take a bus to Pedrafita do Cebreiro and then change to another one for Sarria

Have a look at the Omio app - Bus networks. Usually comes up with the goods on specific journeys and tickets.

I am not sure how or whether Alsa bus offers a thru ticket from Leon to SdC. However, Alsa offers Bus service from Leon to Ponferrada, and from Ponferrada to SdC. There is a stop in Pedrafita.

There Is also train service from Leon to SdC

You indicated that you want to walk slowly due to injury? Suggest you take bus to Sarria if you can’t negotiate hills.
