Lost Credential Ponte de Lima

Hello, I am Davide, an italian guy doing my first camino (portoguese). Today I lost my credential in Ponte de Lima. It was at the last page of my camino guide. If someone has found it I'd really appreciate it could contact me. I'll find a way to retrieve it.
