Hi ho
We would like to walk lugo -Santiago- finessterre. I wonder if we will get a compostela in Santiago for the lugo to Santiago stretch or is it not enough km? Some guid books say 93 some say just over 100? Anyone know?

Interesting! I was about to pose this same question myself. So great news! Thanks, Andrea and Peter.

I had planned to walk Burgos-Santiago this spring, but now it's looking like I will need to stop on Sarria, in order to be in Madrid by a certain date. As I'll probably hit Sarria a few days early, and would go through Lugo if I take a bus to Satiago, I was thinking of spending a day or so there.

Then that got me thinking about my return to complete my pilgrimage to Santiago...... hmmmmm... I didn't even know what route Lugo is on.

So, Primitivo? And Lugo-Santiago meets the compostela 100k ctiteria? Decisions.... decisions.....

First, though, Burgos on the 17th of April! I'm getting so excited!

We walked from Lugo to Santiago last year and had no problem with the Compostela.
After that we continued to Finisterre and glad we did, it is truly outstanding. Either way, enjoy your journey on your Pilgrimage. Buen Camino

Hi, has anyone walked the Primitivo in mid-October? What was it like? Weather, tracks and accommodation? I plan to walk from Oviedo to Lugo only, then bus to Santiago after. Thanks for your input.
