Madrid to Ponferrada

what's the best method of transport to Ponferrada from Madrid, this after a 6 hour flight. should I bus it or train it? Book ahead or from the airport in Madrid...Suggestions?

Bus and train will take more or less six hours from Madrid to Ponferrada.

Hmm seems train is cheaper than the bus in this case.
