Can´t get to post on the fourm forgot password!. Pamplona tonight, good walking. Tracks are drying up fast. A little rain this morning, but was refreshing. Staying in the municipal alberques in Pamplona. Again it´s very full. Met some wondeful people of all nationalities! And we have met some very special Angels along the way. It´s a bit chilly tonight but tomorrow promises to be a beautiful day! Thanks for wishing for good weather for us!
I cannot reccomend compeed. I had the beginning of a small blister, I treated it immediately, tonight when I took it off, it also took a layer of skin of with it and have made it worse. Except for the backpack being too heavy. (I know, I know, we always take too much!) Going to post some thing on to Santiago!

Blessing from Pamplona

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Hi Sil, good to hear from you and hope the blister gets better soon. Have a good Camino. Shell
