Pilgrim passport: can I get one in Burgos? Or Bilbao?

Can I obtain a Pilgrim passport in Burgos?? (I am flying into Bilbao on Monday and then Tuesday gettig a bus to Burgos. )

2024 edition: The Brierley Camino Frances Guide
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
You can get a Credential or pilgrim passport in Burgos at the municipal albergue Casa de Cuba, c/ Fernán González, 28. It is near the cathedral where you can also obtain a Credential in the main ticket/information office on the plaza.
