Hey Guys!

Does anyone recommend any specific pilgrim accomodation in Porto? I'm really wanting to meet some people to start the Camino with!

Thanks in advance,
Megan

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Please, please, please, consider staying at the first albergue, the association's albergue. These people have done so much to develop this donativo (which does not mean free but what you feel is right and can afford) that I would hate to see the number of visitors they ger drop since the new place opened.

Sra de la hora is right in the metro line that goes from the airport to the center of town. Super convienient. It lies behind a metal garage door, but inside it's quite lovely, including a large yard. The hospitalero has a real job, so book ahead and they will make arrangements for someone to greet you. The couple who run it day to day learned about the Camino when their daughter who walked ot in her late teens.

It's also a great midway point if day 1 is from Porto to Matosihnos, day 2 from Matosihnos to ...

There's an Aldi shop 500 meter away, the metro is 250 meters away.

Here is the contact info:

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Thank you. I just copied and pasted from the Via Lusitania site.
