Santiago to Finisterre to Muxia to Santiago

I didn't have time to walk to the coast this year, so I would like to go back and walk to the coast. Can anyone provide answers to the two questions:

1) Can one walk the SdC -> Finisterre -> Muxia -> SdC loop and receive a Compostela on return to SdC? If so, where do you say you started?

2) What is the total loop in distance and days/stages? I prefer 25km stages but can push further as may be needed.

Fisterra to Muxia to Santiago qualifies for a compostela.

1) Yes, and your starting point would be Santiago - same as your destination ;-)
2) Have a look here: https://www.wisepilgrim.com/camino_finisterre_muxia_santiago_to_hospital and the following pages but unless you walk in winter when some albergues are closed <25km stages (or less!) are perfectly possible.

As @falcon269 says Fisterra - Muxia - Santiago qualifies for a Compostella. Santiago to Fisterra qualifies for their local certificate provided you can evidence your walk with appropriate stamps. Likewise to Muxia direct or via Fisterra just remember to get a stamp in Lires. I would recommend a stay in Lires but thats only 'cos I'm fond of the place. I would probably plan 3 days to Fisterra, 2 to Muxia and 3 back to Santiago which gives time to frolic the lighthouse, enjoy some sea-food and soak your feet in the spring at the Ermita San Pedro Martir. Though not easily in that order
